I just saw your comment :) Noooo... not too much sugar. Our cells are designed to run on that kind of fuel!! Just to be clear, "keto" means abnormal! When we're going through starvation, our bodies can get energy from protein and fat. But our natural, thriving way of life is fruits and vegetables. Of course, some nuts and seeds, wild herbs and sprouts are a part of a whole food nutrition. But mostly fruits. Our anatomy is designed to pick and digest fruit 💚
