Weekly shopping done yesterday and already prepared some nice food for the next day(s) 💚

- Burgers made from veggies, walnuts, flax seeds and spices.

- Stuffed mushrooms with home made cashew cheese.

- Brussels sprouts and mushroom stems on a tamari-lemon dressing.

All slightly dehydrated and marinated 🤩 Smells so good already.

At the window you can see barley grass, which I grow for making juice or offering it to my dog, as sometimes she likes a little 😉
