Even with 0~5g carbs intake after a 16h fast, I'm still not in ketosis

Not sure what to do to flip my body into burning ketones instead of glucose.

Monitoring was done after the 16h fast to be clear

In my experience it takes atleast a couple days no matter what you do

it's been 5/6 weeks in keto/carnivore haha

You can eat cheese but no milk. The milk has lactose in it
