Even with 0~5g carbs intake after a 16h fast, I'm still not in ketosis
Not sure what to do to flip my body into burning ketones instead of glucose.
In my experience it takes atleast a couple days no matter what you do

You can eat cheese but no milk. The milk has lactose in it
