It was done in a FDA facility and published in a small peer reviewed journal, although that may not mean much to some people. The interesting thing is that the recommended limit of 10ng/dose of DNA in mRNA vaccines has been exceeded in various studies, including this one done by simple students. It was a small study as well, but my main takeaway is that Big Pharma will constantly be shifting the goal post. They used to tell us that any leftover DNA would be within regulatory limits, but the focus now seems to be that even if it isn't, it's not an issue.
