I picked frames I liked then sent the lenses to brain power inc in Miami to get them tinted specifically to block up to 530nm.

I just got regular prescription glasses from my eye doctor - the lenses needed to be cr-39 for bpi to be able to tint them. You could maybe get your eye glasses place to tint the lenses and avoid sending to bpi but my eye glasses store didn’t know how to do this tint. Glasses on the left block up to 450nm. I don’t wear those as much. I wear the ones on the right every night and love them. They block up to 530nm.
