Yeah Damus still seems slow and buggy for me. I paid for a relay at #[5]‘s advice but it’s no quicker. Amethyst looks like a better UX atm

Separate issue. 19 relays is lot, specially off wifi. Looks like some of them aren’t active anymore. Might want to clean that up. But paid relays are meant to help you sort the spam out of the universe 🛸 (global) with “proof of sats” not necessarily speed up a clients. But damus is very snappy for me at 20 relays.
Try to cut down the number of relays to 8-10. Remove them all and put the paid relays first. Only keep relays that are green.
Does the latest update help? Things should be pretty fast now.

With the latest update I have that it’s not loading new posts. It does when I completely quit the app and reopen it, but once open and loaded it doesn’t load new items

Global / Universe does work though: that keeps getting the latest notes. It’s the main feed (people I follow) which acts weird
I’ve never seen issues with realtime feeds not being able to fetch new notes while universe is able to, and this is the first time I’m hearing it 🤔
Definitely experienced connection issues across the whole app before though.
