Yeah Damus still seems slow and buggy for me. I paid for a relay at #[5]‘s advice but it’s no quicker. Amethyst looks like a better UX atm

With the latest update I have that it’s not loading new posts. It does when I completely quit the app and reopen it, but once open and loaded it doesn’t load new items

Yeah the connection logic has always been a bit wonky. Will take a pass at this and try to fix it so things load even faster and always stays connected.

I’ve had this happen too. After having the app open for a while it stops loading new notes as well as DMs. Closing and reopening fixes it again

Hmm ok I’ll take a pass at the connection logic soon. This has always been bugging me and seems to be more common than I thought.

Global / Universe does work though: that keeps getting the latest notes. It’s the main feed (people I follow) which acts weird

I’ve never seen issues with realtime feeds not being able to fetch new notes while universe is able to, and this is the first time I’m hearing it 🤔

Definitely experienced connection issues across the whole app before though.
