NostrNet.work notes extension, allows you to draft a note offline, and you can publish it later. It has a lot of rough edges right now, but I will improve it soon.
In a few days, whatever you post using this app will be broadcasted to all the existing relays, giving you the best discoverability possible.

Offline drafts work, just dont close the app.

Nostrnet work has a function to save note

I think Amethyst has 'cache' which similar to draft. It just need users to press 'back' button when writing a note. It will bring back the last note when we return to note window menu.
