Are stores able to setup easy checkout payments using Cashu?

Easy to use and build on I agree. But having had the opportunity to present and explain it to my meetup group, Im not sure it's as easy to understand as you think.

Questions like, how do you know that you have privacy from the mint? How does a mint create and manage the tokens? What is actually being sent when you transfer cashu between mints?

Probably easy for you to explain, and probably easier to explain than the current financial system, but it's still kinda complicated IMHO.

Easy to lose funds more like. Mints ignore support requests - particularly 21Mint and Mineracks. I even DM'd you for Cashu wallet support (calle) but haven't gotten a response.
