Thank you! It’s a downright joy to walk for walking’s sake. Perfect time for audiobooks and music, or just silence and meditative thought. Honestly, I’m excited about making this a habit, about to head out now.

Walking and podcasts is great.. that’s my go to… and nvk in case I’m feeling too energetic 😝
