I'd quite like the idea of letting the user chose. From what I can see in the images, the difference is, for the most part, the margins/paddings between elements. So it would be nice if we could chose. If you on a small phone, you want the densest possible view, but if you are on a big screen, then A or B might be much nicer and feel less crammed.

That is, if it's possible.
