It's just baked scrambled eggs. The texture is a bit different because of the baking. And if you put it in a pie crust, it's a quiche and sounds even fancier 🎩🧐

Same!! Shitload of sauteed onions, some spinach, and some cheese 🤌🤌. Jr. and I bought pie crusts the other day, I've just been putting him off. I might slice and sautee my onions tonight and do one in the morning.
