i did keto for a month or two a while back. great to lose weight. felt AWFUL tho.
nothing saturates me as much as a good sammich does, for lunch especially. gives me energy
it's weird also.. in the Netherlands, most guys easily eat away half a loaf of bread for lunch and eat potatoes or rice for dinner, DAILY... while staying cut.
it cannot be just the carbs.
Bread is fine if it doesn’t have seed oils or processed and you have an active lifestyle

bread has sunflowerseed oil here mostly, and believe me when i say these guys dont buy fancy bread and just go with cheap processed stuff😂
maybe genetics play big role, truly
