I did for a long time. That's what my baklava business was. I also did personal chef work for a while.
I didn't need a second kitchen, but I had a $3500 propane convection oven that I bought for $600 from a restaurant going out of business. I miss that baby!

It was a small place. This was back in my New Hampshire days. My roommate/friend was also my business partner for our food stand at PorcFest.
