It's time for big public relays to start adding some restrictions on the content they accept and from whom.
It's time for everyone to run their own Relays. On their smartphones especially.

If I run a nostr client and relay on my phone, it will use all the data and overheat in a few hours.
Not for me. I'm running a relay in my phone and haven't come across heating problems.
