And this is for the foodies out here 😉

Just had an amazing meal!

Everything is raw, vegan and organic! All home made, with the help of my dehydrator.

I made carrot "smoked salmon", beet root "beef jerky" and eggplant "bacon" 🤙

Of course on raw vegan crackers and with home grown sprouts. The fire tomato was delicious btw...!

Would love to try to make something like this, do you post recipes?

I'm very intuitive in the kitchen...which makes it a bit difficult to write down recipes. But I'm really planning on writing a raw vegan recipe book. With easy and quick meals, also with snacks etc... I have a friend who wants to support me writing down step by step, while I do the "cooking"... But this will probably take a while. Hopefully this year.

What is really easy to make, ist carrot smoked salmon. You just grate carrots (if you eat cooked, you can steam it for just 3-5 minutes) Then you marinate in lemon juice, grind some nori sheets or other algae, sea salt, liquid smoke (optional)...trie different spices etc. If raw, you marinate while it's for 5 hours in the dehydrator at 42 C. Afterwards you can add olive oil and vinegar etc. I like cappers too.

Have you tried fermented mayo? sounds like a good addition to salads. Also fermented guacamole

Sounds interesting. I make fermented vegan cream cheese... With what ingredients do you ferment mayo and guacamole? I'm intrigued.

It's lactofermented. So you can use the remaining whey from the production of cheese or labneh or other fermented kinds of dairy. One teaspoon is enough. I've never done fermented mayo but your recipe seemed like a good fit for that in my mind.

I saved a recipe link from YouTube a few months ago because it seemed easy and cool

I don't do this because I'm poor and don't want to introduce seed oils in the mix. Maybe you want to use avocado oil or coconut oil

Ok, Thank you :) I don't do dairy...But I have vegan lactobacillus I use to make vegan cheese...So that'll do :)

This one is doing it for me. 🤤

One day you'll get to try 💜
