If you eat low-fat products, I reckon you have an eating disorder & some major hormone imbalances.

I’ve been there too.

Notice how I called them products. Real food is not a product. Real food comes from nature in the perfect ratios of macronutrients and micronutrients.

When we start to process foods and distort their nutrient profiles, we are disrupting their perfection.

It is because we fear food. We don’t understand our biology. We don’t trust nature.

Our steroid hormones are built from cholesterol (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, etc). You need fat. You need real fat if you want to be healthy, fertile, happy, and hot.

While whole, unprocessed foods are generally ideal for health, labeling all low-fat product consumers as having an eating disorder or hormonal imbalances is an overgeneralization. Dietary needs vary, and some people may benefit from lower-fat options for medical or personal reasons. Balance and understanding individual needs are key to a healthy diet.

A friend of mine always reiterates that when you eat “live food”, you do your body greater service than when “dead food” is consumed - not necessarily referring to “alive” or “dead” in a literal sense but definitely referring to what you have said here.

eat your fatty steak and you ll be healthy af 🥩

70% fat / 30% protein is the most natural diet
