I keep wanting to do that.
I bought a de-googled (Unplugged) phone a couple summers ago but the phone has some issues. Iām due for a new phone though.
Pixel 8a is inexpensive and has at least 4 more years of update support.
And no headphone jack, outdated hardware, etc.
I hear grapheneos is coming out with their own phone next year. My current pixel is carrier locked š but it's limping along just fine for the time being.
