As per GDC, a poll to the gaming development community said that 8% of members already moved on with #NintendoSwitch successor game development meanwhile, speculation is that an announcement by Nintendo is due within this or next quarter.

I think there are more, and most likely the next console is on AMD hardware so it doesn't need much work
I think that the rumors mill says Nvidia's next Tegra chipset but add DLSS which improves thing without much hardware more AI, both Nintendo and Nvidia needs to play this out careful IMO.
