friends don't let friends install windows on their computers

The answer would seem to be, have nothing to do with Windows. I understand some people need for their work (e.g. to run CAD if self-employed) but it is better to separate them by running a Linux PC and a Windows PC.

Microsoft isn’t using Linux, that’s why it wasn’t detected while testing 🤡
