Dubai is a female seduction operation from a woman you met in a bar. A day later you find out that not only her breasts, hair and nails are fake but 50% of what she said to you.
Everyone I know who has been there has spent an enormous amount of money in a very short time. It's like Disneyland for adults. None of it is sustainable and it doesn't get you anywhere.
The illusion is still alive. Most thing you can work hard and make it there. Reality is rather that most won’t. But what is also true: when you are rich as f, it is more attractive for your wealth than Singapore or Switzerland.
