I understand. Doing a complete critical reading sometimes hurts. Particularly when it goes against our feelings and ideologies. I would love to read your peer reviewed contrasted and opposing literature. Mostly when personal opinions are pretty cheap in the age of noisy social media.

But this exchange illustrated my point: Nostr and Bitcoin seem so entangled that using the first to criticize the second gets a swift ideological response. That, ultimately reduces the growing of Nostr to Bitcoin adherents, making difficult transport lessons, like the one related to thinking/designing beyond artificial scarcity, that nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z was talking about at the beginning of this thread.

You can say and do whatever you want on Nostr. The onus is on you to create the community you wish to see. Not one #bitcoiner will ever fight you on your right to participate.

However it is you with an ideological neediness here. You literally hijacked this thread to distort the discussion. It is you who has no fundamental understanding of the global monetary system and the ecological benefits of divorcing overselves from it. It your lack of understanding of the absolute CRITICAL need for bitcoins proof of work consensus mechanism.

Contrary to your narrow mindedness bitcoiners care about this world. Certainly more than an existing actors in the legacy financial world.

You actually attack the very people that ultimately seek to deliver the world you claim to crave. The irony is truly moronic.
