Definitely an ongoing debate. Probably moot since the secession of Virginia meant they weren’t adhering to the Union Constitution anyway. 😊

LOL Well it “could” be said that the Union took WV by adverse possession. However, while our cost of living is really low, the poverty and average population age makes up for it. 😆
