Beautiful. But if half the planet was wiped out, critical infrastructure for electricity and data transfer would be missing, so the network would be pretty small for that moment.
That moment would be very brief indeed, in the scheme of things. The point is, as long as a single node remains, bitcoin will survive.

And if a nuclear war blows up almost the entire planet, humanity has more important things to deal with than Bitcoin.
