I’ve was running an Umbrel node for two years but every few months I’d discover it had stopped working at some point for no apparent reason. Enough is enough.

Would be nice to have mobile phone storage to get cheap enough to have pruned nodes running, even if intermittently.

The low node count really isn’t great, it’s just illustrative of lack of knowledge of what Bitcoin represents and the roles we all play in this system.

The network value at the root, is more related to node runners vs rest of metrics.

The great benefit, but then also incredibly stupid consequence of this might be as follows:

Right now we have mountains of horrible, completely useless paperwork, bureaucracy & box checking political bullshit approval.

The benefit is that AI will likely take over this “sector” completely. Removing the need for the near half of the “economy” which is engaged in entirely useless work. These areas will likely become dominated by AI systems producing the paperwork and bureaucratic compliance, and then other AI systems pointlessly checking and going through the bullshit stack.

The big problem is that this releases ungodly amounts of labor that now has to deal with the fiat imbalance that refuses to correct to the new reality. Which means this might actually open the door to sustain exponentially MORE bullshit work and bureaucracy. The room for politicians to invent nonsense that we are all forced to do might expand rapidly as these pointless multi-hour jobs turn into 1 minute jobs.

Fiat needs to die faster

Truly wealthy people generally have a relaxed demeanor and are surprisingly unpretentious. They tend to be in good shape, with nice teeth and a healthy glow about them. They're secure, with nothing to prove, and it shows.

The folks who go out of their way to flash jewelry, designer logos, cut you off in their expensive cars, and act all haughty and condescending are fake rich. They are drowning in debt.

They have to work very hard just to support their bullshit lifestyle so that they may look down upon others who don't do the same. They have this stressed, wired, over-functioning "grindset" energy about them, because they know their life is a house of cards and they're one catastrophe away from complete financial ruin.
