As a student I had a book about discrete mathematics (one of the old soviet editions from the 70s). I carried it around with me all the time. It had all the basic knowledge that one would require to understand #bitcoin. It even mentioned „hypothetical networks of coding and decoding computers to exchange encrypted secrets or maintain a common database“.

Guess what? I just gave it back to the library when I finished the course and forgot about it. It was in 2008-2009, around that time.

Sometimes the most valuable information is right in front of you, but instead, you just prefer to get drunk with your friends at a rock concert 😂😂😂
