Just put 3/4 lb - 1 lb hot or mild ground sausage in a Pyrex pie dish, push it out and as far up the edges as you prefer. 2 tbsp pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni. Bake at 400 until the sausage starts crisping up and the cheese is fully melted or turning brown. Actually super easy.
