Just put 3/4 lb - 1 lb hot or mild ground sausage in a Pyrex pie dish, push it out and as far up the edges as you prefer. 2 tbsp pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni. Bake at 400 until the sausage starts crisping up and the cheese is fully melted or turning brown. Actually super easy.
That is easier than I thought, I’m gonna try this. The kids will love it

It’s a big hit with everyone that tries it. Enjoy. Also, pro tip, shred your own mozzarella and get some good, minimal ingredient pizza sauce. Otherwise you’re gonna do a homemade meal and load it up with a bunch of wood pulp, and seed oils.
