I don’t know much about red light therapy but I bought some blue light blocking lenses, I’m going to try just watching TV with them on before bed as that is what my wife likes to do to decompress. I’m also trying to get out of bed when I can’t sleep and do something in the dark until 6am, then get Sun or lights on + screen. It worked for me a bit in the past. 6 hours is tough. Hope things improve.

Swapping from starting at the fiat mine at 6am one week to finishing at 10pm the next dosen't help..
