Nostr.wine filter will post to all public relays and get posts from public relays, but has filters to stop spam.
addded it, as well as another 3 relays to get verified...

Blastr relays like wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com or wss://blastr.f7z.xyz post to all known public relays.
