Nostr.wine filter will post to all public relays and get posts from public relays, but has filters to stop spam.

The nostr.wine filter relay doesn’t post to and get posts from all public relays. See https://nostr-wine.github.io/filter-relay/ for the list of the relays.

Blastr relays like wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com or wss://blastr.f7z.xyz post to all known public relays.
