I successfully edited and deleted posts. Your client and relays probably need to support edits and deletions but I'm just using defaults and no issues thus far.

We don't support editing of short notes, but we do support editing of long-form articles, you can publish those with Yakihonne or Habla or Hightlighter, deletes are supported for all kinds.
