Derek, you look like you know what you're talking about. Why, when I zap you 100, does it appear, then disappear. It doesn't leave my wallet. Newbie here. I have a wallet, and I have zapped people before. But it doesn't always work. Thanks in advance for any help you can give to the needy

On your profile page, press the “edit profile” button, scroll down and make sure your lightning address is filled in there

Wouldn’t hurt to confirm the lightning address.. go to settings, wallet and confirm there

The weird thing is, I DO see it add 100 sats to your post for about 2 seonds, but then it disappears, and nothing has left my wallet. I can show you a video
OK!!!!! That worked. So desktop does NOT work, but mobile app works. Primal, take note. The desktop version doesn't let me send zaps

Why can’t the government ban the domans/ips of relays?
They can. But it eventually becomes a game of whack-a-mole. You can ban one relay or one client and then 10 more will pop up. You can't ban them all.
