Been a while but back doing a pulled pork on the pellet smoker!

Life goes by fast and just keeps speeding up as time goes by.

It’s worth slowing down sometimes. That’s why I really enjoy #bbq. It forces you to shift down and go low and slow, at least for a little while.

The results are worth it and the memories shared with loved ones are ones you’ll likely cherish.
