There’s one relay you’re connected to relay.nostr.band that grabs notes from all types of sources. You could try disconnecting from it temporarily. See if it changes something. But the home tab is usually people you follow
I added relay.nostr.band recently. This problem existed before that 🫤

The other ones all seem fine. I don’t know the lightning relay one though
The nostr band one does pull notes from fediverse. Lots of questionable stuff coming out of there
