Those that know, know. Now if they could only put quality erasers on the end instead of the crap that they do - that would be amazing. The best eraser I have ever found is the Staedtler Mars Plastic 👌!!

Agreed - those Blackwing erasers aren’t worth the price for serious art, but they’re part of the “premium”-ness of the pencils themselves.

Thanks for the inspiration! This idea is so practical and the best thing is that the Blackwing pencils have that detachable metal clip that holds the eraser in place.
The Staedtler erasers are almost the perfect size to simply slice off a bit and stick it in the pencil.
