We don't need to be a doctor or scientist. We have chatgpt now. It's smarter than them both.
According to chatgpt. That's not how genetics work.
Below in the picture is a really good description on how genetics works and how it is passed down through generations.
I've seen videos online how some fathers get upset at their son's for not working out hard enough and the father's pushes his son hard because the father says he has good genetics and so that means his son also has good genetics.
That's not true in some cases. Sometimes the son gets more of his mothers genetics over the father. So no matter how much you work out or how hard you will never be able to change your genetics. In this case the father does not understand genetics which will eventually lead to his son hating his father.
Sometimes you have to understand and accept that not all your sons will get your genetics.
The lesson here is have more than one son.

"..this doesn't directly effects testosterones levels offspring unless other health issues arise." That's what I was talking about.
It's not just about your genetics, it's also how you will live your life, since that will influence your health in a way or another.
I am not talking about pushing kids to do extreme workouts. I am just saying that I firmly believe that as you born the environment you live in, and how you live in that environment, will influence not only yourself, but also your future kids.
