2 years no alcohol.

6 weeks no weed.

Only made it 5 days with zero sugar, lol.

Minus a little opportunistic fruit I haven’t had sugar in 2 years. I hadn’t really thought anything of it 😂 I’m 2.5 years off weed but I still drink booze a few times a month.

Ethanol ≠ sugar.

I’m not saying it’s good for you, it’s not. But they’re objectively not the same thing.

Most alcoholics are sugar addicted. Hard stuff is better than beer and wine as far as glycemic index is concerned but that leads to other problems.
