Was just about to suggest audiobooks & podcasts. You might even enjoy practicing different types of meditation techniques. Most common one is mindfulness, but there are quite a few more.

Mindfulness and bodyscan meditations are analogous to release/defocusing your awareness to the periphery of your senses, an opposite of that would be various techniques to cultivate focus on a single object.

Expanding and contracting exercises are both essential (flexibility <-> strength etc)

meditation is what i was looking for, thank you. I practiced daily years ago. I think that’s exactly what i need right now.
