For the remainder of the year I'll be undertaking further nutritional & exercise tweaks as part of my ongoing health experimentation.

This will include taking 20 supplements per day at a cost of $300 per month. We'll see if it's worth it!

Creatine, whey isolate, electrolytes, pea/hemp protien.

Eat lots of protien. Don't graze throughout the day.
