For the remainder of the year I'll be undertaking further nutritional & exercise tweaks as part of my ongoing health experimentation.

This will include taking 20 supplements per day at a cost of $300 per month. We'll see if it's worth it!

...but you'll still be eating food, yes?

Indeed, no Soylent for me. I did that test nearly a decade ago 😂

Guessing it didn't go well?

I've been looking into that world again and lots of new players and formulas now.

Save your Sats. Animal based nutrition + salt. Supplements not necessary. Exercise yes!

Blind hope and empirical data is often not enough to optimize health. He’s tracking blood biomarkers which pairs well with concentrated supplementation instead of diluted food sources

How will you measure success? Just how you feel, or are you tracking performance in certain areas closely?

I'm tracking a variety of biometrics continuously and have several epigenetic tests I'm doing before and after.

Very cool! Curious to see results

Supplements is a scam! Natural diet plan + lifestyle maximalist.

Consider reducing deficiencies by finding real food local to you

Very much agree.

All supplements are a scam for everyone is an objectively incorrect overstatement.

Consider credible counterpoints here : https://hubermanlab.com/developing-a-rational-approach-to-supplementation-for-health-and-performance/

Some soil is depleted of minerals. Supplements are necessity imo. Unless you are eating really well, most nutritious like liver, meat, spirulina, moringa, ..

What is your stack?

I can’t imagine it will be worth it. “Supplements” are just poorly regulated drugs and often have inconsistent quantities of whatever the active ingredient is.

This many supplements can't be good for your kidneys. You need to drink a pool of water.

I drink a minimum gallon per day.

Really? What’s an estimate of your upper limit?

The supplements you need have been processed by the 🐄

You'll have very expensive piss. That's about it.

This. Not a doctor, but my doctor was very clear on the whole “only supplement things your lab work actually determines your deficient in,” and “excess doses of some artificial nutrients may cause cancer” stuff.

Especially any of the nutrients that aren’t water soluble.

Will you be doing a write up about your experience after? Wonder if you'll be doing labs before and after? I like hearing about this type of experimination seems others do too.

Creatine, whey isolate, electrolytes, pea/hemp protien.

Eat lots of protien. Don't graze throughout the day.

Is NMN or NR in the stack?

Can we get a list?

Keep us posted Jameson. Looking forward for your results.

What wil you take, where are you gonna document that?

This is the gateway to transitioning Jameson.

First your popping vitamin D.

Next your taking estrogen and lubricating you fake vagina
