For the remainder of the year I'll be undertaking further nutritional & exercise tweaks as part of my ongoing health experimentation.
This will include taking 20 supplements per day at a cost of $300 per month. We'll see if it's worth it!
How will you measure success? Just how you feel, or are you tracking performance in certain areas closely?
