I have unlimited data. It does slow down a bit after 100 Gig, but it hasn't been noticable.

Yikes. That is a lot . . . I can't use amethyst at home, even with the proxy relays. Jumble works a heck of a lot better, even through keychat on my phone.
Why is everyone talking about this? I downloaded #veelog (a horrible design client that didn't even work properly) and deleted it straight away. Then, I tried #vlogstr, which had a better UX and a few video clips; however, the settings page was not function incl the setting for video compression.
No idea what's the fuss is all about.

It takes a very technical knowledgeable person to open the camera settings on the phone and change them from fake 4k to something more suited for online use like 720p.
