Well this Am I had a customer come in twice, the first time he didn't know what he needed and had no information. He couldn't see the pictures cause he didn't bring his glasses.
The second time he came back still without info but with a picture of a random other vehicle which looked the same. Swore his mechanic purposely made a leak. Still no idea what he needs, but promised me he didn't need to buy anything.
