i think the "artificial" part really needs more emphasis
like sucralose and acesulfame-k and aspartame are "artificial" sweeteners with all kinds of issues (notably nephro- and hepatoxicity) oh yeah, it can often do the job but then you get 6 fingers and world leaders with bazookas erupting from their bellies, and total gibberish "text"... a bit like winding up with pain in your side from trying to avoid killing your kidney and spleen with a diet mostly composed of bread and rice
