I like this idea, previously I have a similar vision of such a relay service and I even named it the yerrow-page relay.

One question,

I didn't publish it anywhere yet, but it's be very similar to 10002 with an added `p` tag for the user

so a client can do a REQ with `{"kinds":[11002], "#p": "...."}` and query the list of `r` tags
