Been using a weighted blanket for 6 months and I certainly prefer it. But does it actually improve sleep quality?
Currently doing A/B tests to try to quantify the effects.
How heavy is it? Does that matter?

You have to use 10% or less of your weight. Most weighted blanket are around 5 to 10kg.
Mine's like 15% though it's for a king size bed so I'm only under half of it.
