I am living on 40 acres, completely off-grid. We have our own electrical system, mining some sats, and we are working on water collection. We haven't been here long but the goal is to be more self sustaining. Hopefully we will get other bitcoiners to stay on the property and helps us build it out. We have no neighbors for many miles. So awesome. It's hard work but totally worth it. In southern Arizona. Beautiful 💚

I won a raffle for a dog tag on Twitter a few years ago from nostr:npub1zj0q0eseamwn9er4drf3jl3kufc0fddsfrr0v54l2mlfqenah7ysxuy9th and received a dog tag from him.
A year later Nostr came about and #Plebchain, the Nostr + Bitcoin human network was the energy (hence the # and front Nostr, back Bitcoin)
Nostrica was being planned with 300 cap of attendance, hence 1-300. I couldn’t make it but I wanted to do my part. I contacted Snicktoshi to make 300 dog tags specifically for the event. We talked about the design and thought nostr:npub1fl7pr0azlpgk469u034lsgn46dvwguz9g339p03dpetp9cs5pq5qxzeknp ‘s Nostr logo would be best for the front. (3 plebs involved)
We only had a few weeks and shipping would take a week. Snicktoshi was able to make100 for Nostrica and get them there in time.
I was shipped 100 thereafter and Matt100. I shipped mine to be handed out at Bitcoin Miami Nostr Event.
Since then more dog tags for events have come about…. Anyways, fun Nostr history.
I was the "last mile" for the Nostrica batch! They were shipped to me in the States, I brought them with me to Costa Rica, and handed them all out during the conf!
