Education has failed in a very serious way to convey the most important lesson science can teach: SKEPTICISM
Something for us all to ponder:
Have I been educated or have I been trained?
...I only ask because it has been multiple medical professionals who have shared this sentiment with me, in one way or another, after recognizing they indeed had been trained. ❤
I agree! And when you try to wake them up it can be like talking to a wall. When I came to my latest drs appointment and brought in some research that was counter to what he had been trained in, he flat out said he wasn't going to read the research I brought in. But there is hope, after a 45 minute appointment he actually apologized, took some of the information, and is going to work with me based on the new evidence I shared with him!
